ROTT© MEGALITHIC explanation: The graphic depicts three megalithic statues from locations around the globe; Easter Island (Chile), Veracruz (Mexico), Tiahuanaco (Bolivia).

The first statue is known as a Maoi, there are approximately 1600 of these dispersed around Easter Island in the Pacific ocean off the coast of Chile. Attributed to the 13th century they stand 13' feet high and weight on average 14 tons. The Olmec heads in the center are believed to be from 8th century Mexico, built by the Olmec civilization who inhabited the area near the Gulf coast. Standing between 5' and 11' feet and weighing between 6-40 tons, there are only 17 known in existence. The final statue is known as the Ponce Monolith, it stands roughly 11.5' feet tall and is considered a 4th century work, it was one of only a few monoliths at the site of Tiahuanaco. The largest structure at Tiahuanaco is called "The Gate of the Sun" it is a rectangular archway or gate, tall enough for a person to walk through, it weighs nearly 144 tons.
